Repeated work.

This is The Basmala written in the most unique calligraphy
invented by Calligraphers during the Utuman Era in Turkey called Toughra'a Script..

This kind was rarley used for writing verses from the Holy Quran. Instead, it was only for the Utumans emprores as a seal.

regarding the Quranic Verse, this is the first verse from 113 Surah out of 114. The 114th basmala located within the Surah called Attawba and not in the begining which is done by this way for a specific reason.

This verse means:

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.

how wonderfully ornate! I can see why it would not be used that often.
